About the Opportunity

Our client is a rapidly growing AI-native healthcare technology company building agentic AI solutions that automate administrative and patient-facing workflows for healthcare providers.

They are looking for a highly technical, builder-oriented Product Manager to own the platform powering these AI workflows across a growing customer base.

What We're Looking For

• 4–9 years as a Product Manager, Founder, Builder, or Technical Product Lead
• Proven experience shipping agentic AI products end-to-end
• Experience building platforms, infrastructure, developer tools, workflow automation, or internal systems
• Comfortable reading code and working directly with engineers on APIs, architecture, orchestration, and evaluation
• Hands-on experience with AI development tools such as Claude Code or Cursor
• Strong ability to operate independently in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
• Healthcare, workflow automation, or multi-tenant platform experience is a strong plus
• Must be onsite in NYC and comfortable with approximately 30% domestic travel

This is not a traditional roadmap PM role. We're looking for a hands-on builder who can turn AI experiments and customer-specific solutions into scalable platform capabilities.
