Having recently 8x-ed their revenue and partnered with industry giants like Palantir, Shopify, and Cursor, they are building the infrastructure that empowers the next generation of recruiting entrepreneurs.
We are seeking an entrepreneurial operator to build and scale a world-class portfolio of recruiting firms. As an Account Manager for the supply-side, you won’t just be "managing accounts"—you will act as a strategic advisor to business owners, helping them optimize their operations and drive massive revenue growth. This is a high-leverage, cross-functional role designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-intensity startup environment.
What You’ll Do
Own High-Stakes Relationships: Advise top-tier recruiters on growth strategy and operational excellence.
Scale the Supply Engine: Identify bottlenecks from onboarding to retention and design the systems that help partners perform.
Run Marketplace Experiments: Test incentive programs, workflows, and automations to improve marketplace liquidity.
Bridge Ops and Product: Translate daily partner insights into internal tools and product improvements.
Candidate Profile
Experience: 2–8 years of experience in account management or startup operations.
Revenue Driven: You must have experience owning a revenue target, not just retention metrics.
Startup DNA: Proven track record in Series A to pre-IPO environments.
High Standards: Background in "elite" organizations or a history of exceptional academic/professional achievement.
Exceptional Trait: You have done something "undeniably exceptional" or have a unique background that sets you apart.
