Social Media Specialist

  • San Francisco, CA, USA
  • Full-Time
  • On-Site
  • 100,000-140,000 USD / Year

Job Description:

Our client is building the premier AI Workspace for the insurance industry. They empower underwriters, brokers, and carriers to automate routine tasks, allowing them to focus on high-value decision-making.

We are looking for a high-energy Social Media Specialist to own the brand's voice across LinkedIn, X, and YouTube. You will work directly with the Marketing Lead and Founders to translate complex AI and insurance concepts into compelling, human-centric stories. This is a "roll up your sleeves" role where you will handle everything from high-level strategy to the final edit of a YouTube Short.

What You'll Do

  • End-to-End Ownership: Manage and grow the brand's presence on LinkedIn, X, and YouTube.

  • Content Creation: Plan, draft, and schedule daily/weekly content that avoids "corporate-speak" and sounds human.

  • Multimedia Production: Design visual assets and edit short-form video (YouTube Shorts) that stop the scroll.

  • Strategic Collaboration: Partner with the Marketing Lead on product launches, event coverage, and founder thought leadership.

  • Engagement & Analytics: Monitor community interactions and use data-driven insights to iterate on hooks, scripts, and formats.

What Were Looking For

  • 2+ years of full-time experience in social media or content marketing.

  • You thrive in early-stage environments where ambiguity is high and feedback loops are fast.

  • Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere/After Effects), and Figma.

  • A background in B2B SaaS or AI is a major plus; you should be comfortable distilling complex technical topics.

  • You are a creator, not an agency manager. You enjoy the craft of writing and editing.

  • Ability to work onsite in San Francisco 5 days a week.

Why Join?

You'll be joining a fast-growing team at the intersection of AI and a massive legacy industry. You will have immense autonomy to shape the brands voice and be rewarded with competitive pay, meaningful equity, and the chance to work alongside world-class craftspeople.
