Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Salary: $60K - $80K Base ($90K - $120K OTE) + Equity

Location: San Francisco, CA (Onsite, 5 days per week)

What You'll Do

  • Drive high-volume outbound prospecting via email, phone, LinkedIn, and events.
  • Identify and engage key stakeholders across industries, tailoring messaging to specific pain points.
  • Represent the company professionally in sales presentations and discovery calls.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene, track opportunities, and provide market feedback to product and marketing teams.
  • Support full sales cycle, including prospecting, follow-ups, and contributing to account growth.

Who You Are

  • 1–3 years of sales experience (or exceptional new grads) with a track record of exceeding goals.
  • Passion for AI, tech, healthcare, or business automation, and eager to learn quickly.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset—side projects, demanding degrees, or high-performance endeavors are a plus.
  • Comfortable with cold-calling and building rapport with C-level prospects.
