Enterprise Account Executive
Location: New York or San Francisco | Hybrid: 5 days in-office plus travel
Salary: $150k base + Equity

Drive full-cycle enterprise sales into health systems, from prospecting to close and expansion. Youll engage C-suite leaders across clinical, pharmacy, operations, and IT, selling solutions that deliver ROI, clinical impact, and operational resilience. Thrive in complex, multi-stakeholder environments while transforming healthcare with cutting-edge AI.

What You'll Do:

  • Own the end-to-end enterprise sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery, contracting, and expansion.

  • Build and influence executive-level relationships (CPOs, CMOs, CIOs, Pharmacy, Legal, Compliance).

  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Account Management to shape proposals and expand accounts.

  • Navigate complex procurement, compliance, and contracting processes.

  • Consistently achieve seven-figure quota targets and strong win rates.

You Bring:

  • 4–7 years in B2B SaaS enterprise sales with $1M+ annual quota attainment.

  • Proven consultative approach with C-level executives.

  • Experience with AI, analytics, SaaS, deep tech, or healthcare products.

  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

  • Willingness to travel 30–40% of the time.
