Job Description:

About the Role

Our client is at the forefront of healthcare innovation, leveraging AI technology to transform health system operations. As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Latent, you will be the driving force behind their growth engine. You won't just be making calls; you will be identifying, researching, and engaging key decision-makers at major health systems (IDNs, academic systems, and regional providers) to solve complex operational challenges.

This role is designed as a high-octane launchpad. You will master consultative prospecting and develop a deep understanding of AI-driven healthcare, with a clear trajectory toward becoming an Enterprise Account Executive (AE).

Why You Should Join

  • Mission-Driven Work: Play a pivotal role in driving awareness for a mission that directly impacts healthcare efficiency and patient outcomes.

  • Direct Path to AE: This role is specifically structured to groom the next generation of Enterprise closers.

  • Elite Mentorship: Partner closely with Enterprise AEs to build account plans and advance high-stakes opportunities.

  • Hyper-Growth Culture: Join a team that values "high agency" and collective winning in a collaborative, onsite SF environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pipeline Generation: Execute high-volume outbound prospecting via email, phone, LinkedIn, and industry events.

  • Strategic Research: Identify key stakeholders within complex health systems and tailor messaging to their specific pain points.

  • Sales Excellence: Maintain meticulous CRM hygiene (Salesforce/HubSpot) to ensure accurate reporting and opportunity tracking.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with marketing and product teams to refine messaging based on real-time market feedback.

Who You Are

  • The High Achiever: You have 1–3 years of sales experience (or are a truly exceptional new grad) with a track record of beating quotas or excelling in competitive environments (e.g., elite athletics).

  • Intellectually Curious: You have a background or a deep appreciation for the healthcare/pharmaceutical industry and a desire to master AI technology.

  • Grit & Agency: You have evidence of an "entrepreneurial streak"—whether it's a side hustle, a tough degree, or training for a marathon.

  • Skilled Communicator: You are comfortable with cold-calling and possess the interpersonal skills to build instant rapport with executive prospects.

  • Team First: You have a low ego and high agency—you’re here to win, and you want to win together.
